The Thuka Porthole bed from Flexa provides a novel single bed for kids of all ages. The "porthole" at one end provides a bit of fun during imaginative play. There's lots of space below the raised bed, and the solid end features a slim ledge for keeping things on. You can add one or two "trundle mattresses" to your order if you wish to create a lounging/sleeping surface in this space. On the outside is a handy chalkboard. All in all these features adds something a little different to the conventional mid sleeper bed. 

The bed is made from solid Scandinavian pine, with a far more substantial feel than regular flat-pack furniture. It's finished in a cool crisp white to complement any bedroom décor.
